They will probably have a spinoff show - Dunk and Egg or Robert's Rebellion, done with different crew and cast, and that is great.

However I was talking about not messing up and rushing through last two seasons of this series, just for being lazy to film proper 20 episodes, or to save couple of bucks. That would really suck.
And what is even worse, is that HBO execs are all for doing the right thing. It is D&D who want to shorten the show and rush things for some stupid reason.

HBO originally wanted 10 seasons, but that would probably be too much.

Let's hope HBO will force D&D to do the right thing and give us two more full seasons, as this show deserves the proper quality conclusion. Not half-assed rushed poorly executed one. Please D&D don't do that.

Only a few people in the north even believe in the White Walkers and Army of the Dead at this point after all.

Go to 2:55 in the Bran's visions. Also this vision is freaky: Eddard Stark sees flames (I've noticed this now) + the sword portayed seems to be Dawn, the sword Arthur Dayne used. Eddard + Reed killed him in that vision from the Tower where Lyanna was kept. This was back in season 4, I guess they left all these clues and markers for book readers to find and recognize.

so crazy, i totally forgot about that.

The leading theory is that it is Tyrion whose father is actually supposed to be the Mad King. This got lots of hype after 4th or 5th episode this season when Tyrion got friendly with other two dragons.
Another one is this Meera twin theory.
Another one is that it is Bran and he will actually warg a dragon.

I personally prefer Meera theory. Tyrion being half Targaryen does not make sense to me and he is more Hand of The King, advisory type of guy, not the dragon raider.
Bran is The Green Seer, i.e. he has other role to play.

Anyway these are all fan theories, but who know what old weasel GRRM hides up his sleeves. Maybe R+L=J is not even true for all we know, and Jon and Bran might join Ice side and Night King.

But it is always fan to theorize.

I hope we will get some answers regarding this in the next episode. The actor playing young Ned Stark is rumored to be in it, and Bran beside the Weirwood tree spells more visions...

i read a funny theory that Lord Varys is also a Targaryen and his head is shaved bc he is blonde

I noticed one thing though. The most fateful and closest Stark ally on the north - House Reed, was suspiciously missing from the whole North conflict and Howland Reed should still be alive. So maybe there is something to it.
They're not really that much North, more like Riverlands, perhaps that's why Sansa didn't call for them. Only Brienne went to Blackfish (and the battle happened before she even returned ) it would be possible they can ally with House Reed in the future, esp. as they need allies
