Luke has had a good year playing juniors so far and he is the highest ranked 15 year old in the world I believe. He is currently ranked 146 in the juniors and will definetly be a player to watch at next years Aussie Open juniors. Along with Jason Kubler I can see these two being great tennis players.

He picked up his first ATP point yesterday beating Steven Goh 7-6 6-3. Plays John Millman later today which should be tough but I think he has a chance.

Here is his bio:

Luke produced an upset by defeating Joel Lindner 61 76. Great performance from him considering Lindner beat him 63 64 a couple of weeks ago.

Luke lost to Mahut 60 61 in just over 40 minutes. Hopefully he can do well in the junior AO.

Luke must be the favourite for the Junior Open out of the aussies, he has made it through to the semis of Loy Yang Power Tralagon International after beating 13th seed Mate Delic of Croatia 2-6 6-3 6-3. His next opponent will be Belgium's Joris De Loore who is the fifth seed.

Joris has played two aussies so far in the draw and both of them he won in straight sets but it wasnt that easy for him, these two have never played each other before.

Through to the final, he will play an un seeded spanish player. Luke won his semi final clash 6-3 6-2 great win hope he wins tomorrow then backs up this performance at the Aus Open.

Andres Artunedo Martinavarr def. Luke Saville 2-6 6-3 6-2, bad luck on the lost hope he can go one better at the Aus Open.

Luke is progressing along well at the AO Juniors. Defeated Adam Pavlasek in the first round 75 62 and then defeated the second seed, Dominic Thiem 75 64. Although Thiem is the second seed Luke will probably encounter tougher opposition if he hopes to progress deep in this tournament. Plays the 15 year old, Nikola Milojevic in the next round.

Into the QF after defeating Milojevic 46 63 86. Very tight but good to see him pull through in the end. Next up is Lucas Pouille.

Luke into the final after a strong win in the semis 62 61. Fifth Aussie(if U count Berman)since 2006 - Lindahl(2006), Klein (2007), Tomic (2008) and Berman (2010. Let's hope he can go the distance as Klein and Tomic did.
Good luck Luke and Well done

Luke was no match for Vesely and lost 60 63. Had a terrific week and hopefully he can put in a good performance in Burnie.

Seems like Saville went a bit "soft", just like the previous Aussie juniors he referred to in his pre-final interview. Hope that he means the coaches and officials were soft, not the players. He will find the seniors tour a tough road, with much depth and little place to hide.
Well done Luke in reaching the final and I hope he does make the transition from juniors to seniors without much trouble.

Had to retire in the Third Round of the Sarawak Chief Minister's Cup, a G1 Juniors event in Malaysia. He had won the first set 6-3 but then lost the second 4-6 before falling behind 1-4 in the third. Hopefully nothing too bad.

He is playing Futures in Thailand, with Andrew Whittington and Ben Wagland. Luke lost in qualifying, as did Ben. Andrew qualified but lost in the first round.
Luke did have a win in the 1st round doubles, playing with a Thai player.
