John Still I thought it was a good tournament for him. Too bad he was not able to defend his points. He played well against Cilic, but Cilic was just too good. Cilic got a ton of returns back with his height and wingspan.

It was a long match that's for sure. I only watched the first set. John won it but just barely imo. Too many baseline rallies for John whose movement at the back of the court is just one step too slow to get into those rallies. And he had opportunities to break more but was very passive on his shots at those times. Oh well. Next stop!

Marin played better when it counted btw. I like him as well so a win-win situation for me.

I think was the good match. Sadly I can't saw.
Hopefully he can defend his 300 point from Memphis.
