Thanks for the link, Puschkin.
If I may borrow a phrase from Federer, 'It's a pity' none of us saw such a high quality match.
Everything I've read, even though it's in French, speaks of the fine tennis that was played yestrday. When someone writes of Richard's patience, I know it's a good thing! Keep up the good work, Richard!!
Thanks for the article, Puschkin. Although the Google translation of that article makes less sense then my reading it in frecnh, I think i get the gist of it. Bravo for a "journalist" pointing out among other things that Monfils and the other "heros" of davis Cup are not the only French players who can play with "heart" and produce great/inspiring tennis. If I'm not correct, don't tell me - I Like what I THINK I read and nice to hear that RIchard fought hard the whole match (and PHM too).

He also looks like the only one who knows how to dress properly.
I read that Arnaud had to help some of them tie their ties, but it didn't mention him.
I took pictures of Richard during his practice today. (Oct 2, 2010). He looked great! Although I took lots, lots, lots of pictures, but somehow they turned out unfocused or bad moment.
He was trained with Mike Llodra around noon, then with Florent Serra (if I am not wrong) at 2 pm for one hour. And between them, He and Eric were watching Roger-V qualifying match. I was so stalking him and afraid Richard thinks me a crazy stalker. But since I only have a change to see his play once a year, I can't stop stacking and taking pictures of him.
Thanks for the pictures, miekoatp! You are lucky to get them. He should be used to people following him around and taking pictures of him by now. Hope you get to see him play (and win) Tuesday!
Oh no the checkerboard shirt is back - if he wore that in his singles that explains it all
I bet that was an entertaining doubles and they actually played a lot closer match than I expected. Thanks for all the pics this week!
