Re: Michael Lammer

It was to be expected that he would finish his career.

How much better can it get for him to end his career shortly after having won the DC with the Swiss team?
And now he got to play his last match at the side of his good friend Roger and even though they lost it was a close match against doubles specialists.

Michi has finished his distance learning in economics which he did for 4 years and now wants to work in sports marketing or event management.

Congrats to Michael Lammer and the Swiss Davis Cup team!
Michael and Marco Chiudinelli won the doubles match vs Serbia (Zimonjic/Krajinovic) in Round 1, which clinched the tie for Switzerland.

ATP Challenger Leon (Mexiko, hard)

R1: Mertl(4) d. Lammer 64 75

Lammer lost the week before in the 1st round as well.

After some good matches (his wins against Tomic and Youzhny in Basel) now very disappointing weeks.
