He is already great in beating lower ranked opponents: Tennis Abstract: Andrey Kuznetsov ATP Match Results, Splits, and Analysis

10ahcity His level against Kohli wasn't what it's been all year. He had so many break points and couldn't capitalize. Still a good run, his first ATP 500 quarterfinal and seeding in an atp event A good run in Madrid and/or Rome could very likely get him seeded for RG!

Re: Andrey Kuznetsov

That was a bad loss against Kohli. The german was not actually a good returner, Andrey was giving too much gift with his DF and UFE.
I hope he will continue to buff up his rank by playing smaller tournaments as he looks physically fit (although obviously stamina and endurance is one department that he can majorly improve). Getting seeded can never hurt. It will give him more confidence as well to have wins over lesser opponents, to have this "i will surely beat opponent that i should beat" mentality that the top players have.

Re: Andrey Kuznetsov

Lost to Kohlschreiber today but is up to a career high of 39! If he can go deep in a few more tournaments, he could be seeded for Wimbledon! He doesn't have that many points to defend, except the third round points at the French.

Has a great opening in the draw after Ferrer pulled out. Rather than playing him next he will face the winner of ERV and Stepanek. Projected R16 opponent is Feli. Obviously great opportunity to go deep here. Let's go Andrey!

Great opportunity there. Andrei is close to top 40.
One more win puts him at 40 in the live rankings

10ahcity Radek and Eduard are locked in a long three setter right now. Both played qualies and are over 30 years old. Tire each other out fellahs!

He's got a very infectious-shy-smiling face

A bit disappointing he lost to Kyrgios after a very solid first set. But Nick was treeing after 4-4 in the first set, it was not really a bad loss after all. I'm happy with how his shots are getting more powerful. If he can keep them consistent, I'm positive he'll be a solid top 20-25 by the end of the year

Re: Andrey Kuznetsov

Beating Wawrinka 6-4, 6-3 in R2 Miami
- Great wide serving, especially on deuce-court
- Great backhand slicing that saves him so many points when in defense
- Great kick serve on the BH of Wawrinka

A very positive result. Hopefully the momentum will carry on
