Re: raquet question

Hey, Flayva- I've only been playing for twelve months; and I have to recommend, in addition to Hawkman's RIGHT ON hitting recommedation-- to see a Chiropractor.

A chiropractor can help strengthen arm, elbow and wrist through exercises; if it is weakness and numbness. Truly............. pain killers are not the only answer.

Game on!

Re: raquet question

Arm friendly raquets ?

Elbow pain is mostly cause from having a stiff arm at contact. Make sure you're bending your elbow and keeping it tucked in towards your ribbies upon contact. Alos, try leaning into the ball with forward momentum. Most inexperienced players tend to hit with 'all arm' and not enough body.

raquet question

Hey everyone, I am having very bad elbow and wrist problems. I am going to demo a Yonex RDX500 and a Pro Kennex KI5. Does anyone have any experience with either of these alleged "arm-friendly" raquets.
I have a big 1st serve and kick on the second. Full swing groundstrokes and 1 hand backhand. Any info would be greatly appreciated as I have not played for a year. HELP
