Yeah,

you can only play one tournament a week so as long as they don't start at the same week its fine

since RG starts week 21 (i believe) this isn't a problem

For winterland121072, Mark Lenders & Redkop it's the second week in a row they aren't sending (in one of my tournaments, I haven't checked the others).

I understand that something can come up so that you might be unable to send, but maybe we can implement something like the warning system on TT, 1st tournament a warning, nothing happens (as you'll usually already be punished by losing), 2nd tournament (any 2nd tournament, or maybe within 2 months or something) you can't play for a week? Something like that? Than it goes back to 0 and count starts over, or you give a harsher fine if it happens another time within a short period, that's the same for me.
I think all you can do is exactly what you have been doing. Send hime some reminders -and even more I think you do it through a @post- and maybe change the thread title or some PM but that's it. The positive thing would be to favour those who actually sent and that we already have it on TT rules. Great management btw Kellemanske

Re: Ask the board Thread

00:00 | Ertl93 vs. Eland (SR 0:0) - Same winners; SR Differences: STEPANEK 2-0 v 2-1, SOUSA 2-1 v 2-0, PTS1: LOPEZ 6-4 5-7 6-4 vs LOPEZ 6-4 4-6 6-4

so if Sousa wins 2-0 I'm out due to PTS1?

GD is Game Difference.
If one player sent 64 64 and the other 76 76 and the match ends 63 63, then neither has any set scores right but the first player is closer to the real result and will win on GD if there is nothing else higher in the TB order to separate them.
Explained in more detail here:

In principle singles only can be played, but try to encourage all your players to sign up for doubles.

PTS2, PTS3 etc. like before. If equal for all of them, GD for PTS1.

Re: Ask the board Thread

Though it is less than ideal, I have messaged @FERNANDO CORDEIR , @Filipe XIV and @dashedcartoon .

There will be a separate OOP for them which will include matches from Taipei CH as the timezone is very close.

Yeah, unfortunate that one. We still have to credit FERNANDO CORDEIR as winner of the match on CB.
