He marked the ball he wanted checked to see if it was out. He thought it was and it was very close. Maybe he was just hoping, but he's not alone in that.

I hope you realize that people aren't really punished for their bad behavior through karma. Otherwise we wouldn't have the villains that roam the world today or throughout history.

Yeah, I agree. That has taken a lot of arguing out of the equation. However, that isn't the only factor. I mean, Safin used to extravagantly break racquets just because he was mad about how he was playing. Rios could have a tantrum for any reason or no reason at all.

Part of it has to be the way players are encouraged to deal with their emotions even in the juniors.
