Me too

As for now, I am using as much electricity as possible to get my fill of it :rolls: they say we may be without it for a week if it goes

So I'm watching tennis, making coffee, typing on the laptop :rolls: anything I can do before I can't do it anymore :p

From Filip's latest blog:

In the afternoon, I played a practice set with Alexios Halebian. We’re the same age and played at the same junior tournaments around the world, so it was good to get a hit in with someone familiar. He made it to the finals of Kalamazoo this year, which is the national championship for all American juniors – a great result. Then he turned pro after the US Open juniors just like I did. Before arriving here, he has been playing Future events in Texas and California.
Here’s Alexios at the ‘Zoo: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H84Bs1qVnhc
ALEX! My find from the US Open this year! I forgot that I decided to love him! Nice of him to turn up in Filip's blog

So while Raquel is a cougar for Filip, I will have Alex :rolls:

Thanksssss! Hopefully it stays on as long as possible  We had two small flickers almost an hour ago, but none since I started watching Boy Meets World... maybe the power just didn't like Saved by the Bell

Flooding is always worse. In Hong Kong, most power lines are buried underground so usually very little power outage during a typhoon. Flooding by sea/salt water was the worst. Once the sea water flooded the mechanical rooms at the basement of the aprtment buildings near the water front in my neighbourhood and it took more than a month for people living there to have power, water and elevators. The buildings need power to pump water to the water tank at the roof. That's the one time that I was glad that my apartment was a few hundard yards back from the water front :p

Yeah, luckily we don't have to worry about my house or neighborhood flooding, and luckily my grandparents have left their house yesterday already. I think with the last hurricane it almost reached their first floor from the basement  so with this one  I know they feel so attached to the house, but at their age they really shouldn't be having to deal with this all the time

349 I think. They are picking up feeds from various stations.

My 17 (!) year old cousin is dating a guy who went to kindergarden with me, so my age. I just remembered that. And she has been dating him since she was 15 and he was 20.

Age is irrelevant. It's all about maturity.
As a mother, I would have a fit if my 15 year old started dating a 20 year old. I would not like that at all. I think there is little difference between a 20 year old and a 25 year old, but there's a big difference between a young teenager and a near adult. For instance, I think Kvtova is a little bit icky for dating a young teenager. I know he's not anymore, but he was when she started dating him.

I didn't like it at all back then. I was really worried, and secretly against. But it has turned out well.

Did you read my post about Filip?

Raquel, I don't think explained well in my previous post. Not that I have any interest in entering in a 'summer' love with a Greek girl, none of them are coming out into town. I think they are all broke. It's a shame. All the people I am meeting are tourists and holidaymakers like myself.
