Murray powers through to final

Andy Murray has reached the second Grand Slam final of his career after defeating Marin Cilic in the semi-final of the Australian Open. The Scot started slowly and lost the first set, but eventually went on to win 3-6 6-4 6-4 6-2.

It wasn't the best tennis Murray had ever played, but he is through to the final and that is all that counts. He is right on top of his game at the moment and even an in form...

Unsurprisingly, most of the attention after Andy Murray's Australian Open quarter final victory over Rafael Nadal centred on the Scot. His victory over the holder took him into his third Grand Slam semi-final without losing a set - the tennis betting now suggests he has a good chance of lifting the Norman Brookes Challenge Cup.
