I had the first of I think 5 mock exams preparing for the finals. Some others were as nervous as if it was the real exam. They ran around like headless chickens, flushing the toilet every 2 minutes. HELLOHO, this is only a testrun. But it's good to know the toilets work.
What else can I tell you today? It's getting colder everyday. I was very brave and took my bike to uni. As I'm a little bit muddle-headed at times I forgot my scarf, hat and obligatory...
But so tiring I fell asleep at 10pm on a Saturday evening and slept until 11am, 13 hours I think it's ages ago that I last slept that long
I only hope this doesn't do any harm I could get the pillow disease. And then I might get circular feather eczemas. OH MY GOD.... I might even get pajama flu I will die of sleep overdose.
I'm about to leave to uni again. It's so weird these days. I've the impression that I spend more time in libraries, seminars etc. than I did in the course of the last semesters together.
Anyway, today's the start of my weekend block seminar on SLI - specific language impairment and it will be great. I'll let you know what the neurolab-tests showed as soon as I'm back tomorrow or on Sunday.
I've just come home from a walk with the dog. Have I ever told you about his second favourite hobby -- after shagging Dalmatians of course? Let me give three letters MUD, he loooooves it.
We reached a little brook and it took him about 1.5 seconds to break away from the leash and jump into the water, there he discovered that little mud-pool next to it. It looked like mud-wrestling but without an opponent
The first week at uni is always quite funny.... 18-year-olds running around like crazy chickens trying to find their way.
I've just signed up for a weekend seminar in 2 weeks it's about SSES, a linguistic development disorder and we're gonna make tests in the neuro-labs perhaps we'll find out what's wrong with me
Uni's over for today, I've decided to work at home. Gotta read "Raisin in the Sun" by Lorraine Hensberry...
