We spent whole day in National Mall. The day didn't start that well for us because of the stupid valet. It's valet parking in the hotel we stay as parking space is a premium and cars are parking really close and often block each other. Our car was blocked by another car but unfortunately, the valet who parked that car forgot to put the ticket inside the car, therefore, they could not find the owner of the car (they gave the car key back to the owner ) So, my bro-in-law and his wife had to...

Today, we travelled to Washington DC. We took a little detour to Philly to visit the US Mint and looked at the Liberty Bell. After lunch, we continued our trip to DC. We arrived around 4:00pm, checked into our hotel rooms and left immediately. We visited the Air & Space Museum as it will open for another hour. We probably visit it again tomorrow. We drove around the National Mall but when my brother-in-law tried to park near National Momument, we lost. After driving around for...

We went to NYC again today. And this was the worst day so far.

We visited the American Museum of Natural History. Although it's a weekday, the whole museum was filled with people. EVERYWHERE. We hardly had time to view any of the exhibits because we had tickets to various shows. But there were long lineups to enter EVERY FREAKING SHOWs, so for 4 hours, we rushed from one show to another after lineup and more lineup.

The worst lineup was for food. Since we could...

Today, we went to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Finally, the sun came out but the price was a colder and much more windy day. Because of Christmas Eve, they closed early so we left early too.

Even riding the ferry, we needed to pass the security check point and they even require belts to be off We arrived the Statue of Liberty at about 11am. Luckily, there were not many people lining up for ANOTHER security check for entering the base of the Statue. We lined...

We drove to NYC today to watch the Christmas Spectacular in Radio City Music Hall. The show was 90 minutes and a good show. When my son told his aunt the show was OK, I had to further explain that when he said OK, it's actually really good. It was amazing that he managed to sit thru the show.

After the show, we went to Nintendo Store, M&M World and ToysRus there. And my son totally hated all the places. And I told there's no way I will ever move to live in the east coast....
