So good news i got in contact with tech support on-line because, while i don't trust them, i had no idea what i could do to fix it myself and if their ideas turned out be bs, at least it was free

According to 'Alex', my profile was corrupted, which is why i had to reload all my info, and lost programs upon restart because the system couldn't save and load my settings properly. So then i had to make a new admin account, i did and it seems to be working better ie. everything's...

My fucking comp crashed ( i guess ) well, whatever it did, i lost all my pictures (some really pretty ones of Rogi, my avs of him and kimmie , and of myself and some other peeps ), assorted files (can't even be bothered to check them all right now ) and other stuff, i'm pretty sure my music is gone too
Whole programs have totally disappeared altogether
Start up takes forever, and i have to re-enter my info in msn to sign...
