Merry Christmas

I don't celebrate Christmas. But it's a tradition so Happy Christmas to anyone reading this entry.

I've offered myself my pressie for Christmas. As nobody else will, of course. My citrus family has grown. After the lemons and the oranges, now I will grow mandarines. It's just sad that I happened to buy that plant under those circumstances. The store I'm used to go and buy garden related stuff will close soon. And today was a big sales day. The mood inside the store was dreadful....

Today was the Christmas lunch at school. I have to say it was delicious, and all cooked and prepared by 1st-year students. Here's the menu:

Duo de Foie Gras
Quenelles de Brochet Sauce Nantua
Goulash de Biche aux Saveurs d'Automne
Bûche de Noël

Fortunately for me, I didn't drink any wine. That means less to eliminate.

Well, for those who have regularly been reading that blog of mine, they know that last year, at this same period of the year, I was down. Won't come back on the reasons, nor the circumstances. I've tried hard, this year, to not fall again. Until some recent days, I thought I had been pretty successfull. But things started to go down the drain again.
