Former world number one Rafael Nadal says he is expecting an extremely tough match on Thursday night when he faces Frenchman Jo-Wilfried Tsonga as he looks to reach the semi-finals of the ATP World Tour Finals in London.

Both players go into the match knowing that victory for either of them will seal second spot in Group B and a place in the knockout stages at the O2 Arena. Fans of the betting should remember this.

Organisers at the Brisbane International are breathing a sigh of relief, this week, after tennis player, Andy Murray, revealed that he would begin his preparations for the Australian Open by participating in the ATP World Tour 250 event, in January.

Andy Murray has been forced to withdraw from the season-ending ATP World Tour Finals after admitting defeat in his battle with a groin injury, disappointing the Live tennis fans. The Scot initially picked up the injury during practice before this week’s tournament started, although it was clearly bothering him during his opening match defeat to David Ferrer on Monday.

Jo-Wilfred Tsonga added life to his ATP World Tour Finals campaign with an impressive 7-6 6-1 victory over Mardy Fish at the O2 Arena. The two players went into their Group B tie on the back on respective opening match losses, both needing a victory if they had any chance of progressing to the semi-finals, guaranteeing some exciting Live tennis.

Roger Federer looked every bit the champion on his way to a comprehensive straight sets victory over Rafa Nadal in their ATP World Tour Finals Group B tie. The defending champion was at his sublime best against a thoroughly underwhelming Nadal at the O2 Arena, cruising to a 6-3 6-0 victory. This should make for some interesting Tennis betting offers.
