Yippee!

Fab has won in Doubles today, so he is starting off the tournament well. It's so good to have him playing again...it feels like forever since he's been on the court. I actually watched one of my recorded matches of Fab last night, as I was going through Fab withdrawl! I hope the tournament continues going well, and that he wins in singles tomorrow....

Won't be too long now and my cyber pal Choupi will be at the tournament....2 days from now I think....I'm really excited for...

The park

Well, today my son and I went over to my grandparents house...and then we all went to the park. We took a little picnic, and played some t-ball. It was a very nice day. When we were done, and got back to my grandparents house, my son wanted to stay and play at their house for awhile, so I came home, and will go back after awhile and pick him up. I'm so thankful for my grandparents. They love my son so much, and he loves them so much too!

Unlucky

Well, I was the unlucky recipient of undeserved wrath today. I realize this particular person doesn't feel well most of the time....and I also realize that they have a lot on their mind, and are under a lot of stress....but even though I understand the circumstances...it still hurt my feelings to be snapped at for no good reason...so I guess I just wanted to get it off my chest and air my feelings here....after all, this is one of the reasons I started this Blog to begin with....so I could have...

Hurting

Actually I'm in a good mood, except for the one thing I'm going to mention here... About 2 weeks ago I walked into my son's tricycle and really hit the pinky toe on my left foot hard. I ended up black and blue halfway up my foot....it hurt soooooooo bad. Well, now the bruise is almost gone, but the pinky toe is still hurting very badly. I know I broke it. Almost all of my shoes are uncomfortable....There is one pair of sandals I can tolerate wearing....but weather for sandals is almost over......

Fun Time!

Well, we were able to take our son to the coast on vacation! We were very excited about it, because we tried to go last summer, and my husband had to have hernia surgery, so the trip had to be called off. This was the first time of seeing the beach and the ocean for our son...well, in person I mean...not on TV, or in a book or something. He loved it! It was a fun time for everybody...and what made it even more special is that his grandma and step grandpa (my mom and her husband), and his GREAT...
