Smashed a few more records this week; who's surprised? Pretty soon the headlines are just going to read "Federer reaches a bajillion points."

Very disappointed over Nadal's injury & withdrawal. I was really looking forward to the Safin/Nadal match. I don't know that Soderling is so much more doable, either. They've never played, and Soderling's solid indoors. We'll see. I really want Marat to win this won or at least do well. His draw is systematically being redrawn,...

I hardly have time or energy to blog here any more, with waking up early to watch tennis and then having to work all day and having all these computer problems...Anyway, short and sweet.

Safin's loss was heartbreaking in that I think he would have served it out at the end if umpiring and line-calling hadn't gone haywire, and being out of challenges would never have happened on clay. It's one thing I've always hated about the 2-wrong-challenges Hawkeye system. It wouldn't have hurt...

36!!!!! And a shot at beating Nalbandian tomorrow. A Fed-Saf semi would make me die of happiness. I truly would not care who won.

In other news, it seems none of the players racing toward Shanghai wants to take advantage of Madrid, saving Nalbandian. The Armada, saving Nadal, have likewise performed dismally.

What with computer problems and work and school, haven't had time/resources to make a decent blog entry, but here's a summary of recent events.

Marat made his first final in ages! And he even got outplayed, he didn't choke. Less for me. His blog was pretty good, not brilliant but good. Obviously has not met many women of high quality, and his attitude isn't helping him find them. Otherwise, nice, and it improved over the week.

Awesome body language...

Tommy got bageled in the third set after winning the second, and Rafa lost in straights in the second round to someone who's been out for ages and this is his third match back? Okay, Tommy's a headcase and Rafa's vulnerable on hard to big servers/hitters, but this is just too much.

Marat, you have to no pressure. Just have fun joking around with your friends and sleeping in, and if you feel like winning, that's great.

Pleasepleasepleaseplease.
