My 21st birthday

Let's just say it has been so much better than last year. I didn't expect anything from my friends at uni, and that was for the best probably. Like last year two of them just gave me my present and didn't do anything special with me that day. Last year we went out to dinner, but this year they didn't even ask me. Some people just can't understand I like company better than presents on a day like this oh well, if that's their idea of friendship... That hurt me a lot last year, but I don't...

The Story of a Great Day................

Today's my birthday. Nothing extraordinary. Always been an ordinary day so......but, I bought a cherry pie yesterday, as I was wishing/expecting (?) that some friends might end up coming home today. The ones with whom we did that surprise visit about 1 month and a half ago,to another friend who just turned 40.

I knew this wouldn't happen when I got 1 SMS saying "happy birthday!! Love. See you tomorrow" from one of them. And, as I really didn't feel like throwing a party...
