Breaking news All Black lock Keith Robinson has just been ruled out for the Chiefs. Need the Chiefs SU to cash a parlay (posted in the other bets forum).

Third string lock and he's not even a lock playing with J. Gibbs and now Robinson out.

Nah mate conditions are good, the bad weather has passed by. No rain for a few hours and the stadium in Hamilton has great drainage. Conditions will be ok.

The Chiefs have a massive injured list heading into this one. Off the top of my head :

Kelleher, Muiliana, Sivivatu (All away with the AB program return next weekend)

Gibbs, Robinson, Bates, Anesi, Kahui, probably forgotton some too.

Any team that loses that amount of quality players is always going to struggle. The players taking their places though are for the most part decent players.

I still expect the Chiefs to get the money tonight.

Time to kick out the Reds from the super 14

They simply do not have the troops to be competitive in this competition

I agree.

If I was Eddy Jones, I'd pack my bags and walk out.

Don't mean to be a smart ass in hindsight, but with all the injuries the Reds looked more like a QLD development XV ...

I like my chances of putting on a jersey for the Reds next week. Who is with me?

While we are at it, lets petition for the Tah's to get kicked out as well

I think I was being harsh on the Reds, for them they don't have the personnel but at least give an effort. Tah's are the worst provincial team in Australia at the moment IMO, the number of basic skill errors they commit is mind boggling.

I fear for them when they go to NZ and play the kiwi teams with the AB's

I'll give you a tip - fade the Australian teams for the rest of the competition, we blow :o

I'll give a tip too :

That 2.75 available on the Crusaders to win all the cookies is a solid bet, with hedge potential. Have a look at their remaining schedule and its hard to see them not getting nearly all W's.
8 All Blacks returning this weekend for the rest of the season may help a little too ;)

I sat on my hands after declaring them 'morals' to win the lot at $3.50 at the start of last season ... I still cry every night ...

^ yep ... told everyone who'd listen they would finish top of the table, host the grand final, win the grand final and that $3.50 was a great price for a side head and shoulders above the rest ... Crusaders won, but did I ...?
