Nah - I think Murray getting all Safin's balls back will annoy him so much he will explode. Should be a good match.

I wish Stepanek could have drawn to federer in round two. He has agressive serve and volley game to beat federer. Federer normally doesn't play well in early rounds. finding players like Pless,Stepanek, etc in round 1 can take out Federer. Did you remember the kooyong match.?:)

Federer will shut out opponents in the later rounds and others will not have a chance.(except on clay.)

my prediction is murray, berdych, blake, gasquet

I don't see Ljubicic losing against Almagro on HC. Becker or Johansson in 2nd have a higher chance IMO.

Ferrero can't beat Devilder and Udomchoke. Only a miracle would make him defeat Youzhny.

Berdych ain't losing to Baghdatis.

Ah, I wonder why people are doubting the result in Guga/del Pony's match. Unless del Pony retires, Guga can't win that match as he's playing nowadays.

We will see.
you will go hiding when guga kicks del pony's butt.
Guga is player with nothing to lose. (he achieved everything in his career. He just having fun win or lose doen't matter to him.)

Atleast Guga playing in some limited ATP tournaments rather in senior tour. (with clowns like McEnroe. ;) )

Del potro won't only beat Guga, he will destroy him... he is a hard court player (while Guga plays better on clay), and everyone can see that Guga isn't even close to the tennis he once had... Gasquet can be a problem, Kuerten is just dinner.

I can tell you aren't a Federer fan! Roger never said that he has no chance to win RG with or without Nadal on court. You'll eat all of that come early June when Roger completes the Roger Slam. :worship: :worship: :worship:

There is a high possibility Gasquet would be knocked out by Del Potro because his draw just horrible!! but if he wins that match, then he would pass Nieminen more easily than the first round.
Apart from Gasquet, I think Nalbandian, Ferrer would be the ones who has more probability than other seeding guys. Nalbandian is not a good form these days, I am a fan though, so don't see him winning. Ferrer, just looking his opponents like Horna and Hewitt, don't think so.
anyway It will be Berdych-Bagdatis, Safin-Murray and Gonzalez-Soderling matches will be interesting!!

Apart from the possible upsets already mentioned, Canas is in the qualifiers and could be a tough match for whoever he comes up against in the main draw.

del Potro is a bad draw for Guga, I'm sure he will be overpowered. I'm confident that Murray will beat Safin if they meet, that's a good match-up for Murray the way Safin's been playing lately, but I think he'll lose to Davydenko.

Nadal also has probably face Clement in R2, who has the game to trouble Rafa.

It seems more likely that Rafa will come through against Clement, (albeit spending some energy), will beat Verdasco as usual, and will then be taken out by Misha

Depending on where they end up, service canons like Guccione/Karlovic might do some damage, too.
