Good luck, Tommy. Continue your great form! Tommy lost in the Fourth Round of IW in 2006 to Blake after Tommy retired, so he has not to many points to defend.

 **Prays for a good draw**

Looking forward to IW and Miami. :)

Hopefully he'll keep his great form. Tommy has not much points to defend.

Tommy's 2007 record is 14-2 if you include his two Davis Cup victories over Ancic and Ljubicic. :rocker2:

03-03-2007, 06:35 PM
Go Tommy! :rocker2:
I'm praying for a good draw too!
Good luck baby!

Tommy is the 9th seed. After a first round BYE, Tommy will play the winner of Qualifier vs Qualifier in the second round.

Hrbaty is Tommy's likely third round opponent, Gonzalez in the fourth round and Murray, Safin or Davydenko in the QF.

Good luck Tommy. :rocker2:

Qualifier vs Qualifier..what a duel. :D

Good luck Tommy!!

03-09-2007, 10:19 AM
Tommy seems to have an ok draw, until he reaches maybe Gonzalez.

03-09-2007, 10:49 AM
Tommy seems to have an ok draw, until he reaches maybe Gonzalez.

That's right...first opponent is Zib or Llodra.

03-10-2007, 09:44 AM
Llodra def. Zib 6-4 6-4. Tommy will now play Llodra who is a big serving French left-hander.

Go Tommy. :rocker2:

03-10-2007, 09:46 AM
I was just about to say Tommy has a chance against Gonzalez but then I remember the AO Semi this year.

Mind you, Gonzalez hasn't exactly been in sparkling form since the AO, so Tommy does have a bit of a chance. :p

Tommy seems to have an ok draw, until he reaches maybe Gonzalez.

03-12-2007, 09:06 AM
Tommy def. Llodra 6-4 6-1 :)

He'll play against Gabashvili today. Auf geht's!!

03-12-2007, 12:05 PM

But I have faith in our Tommy, who survives. :rocker2:

Good luck against Gabashvili, Tommy. :)

03-15-2007, 09:39 PM

But you did great job Tommy:yeah:
I thinnk no one can beat Tommy now there's no Federer:cool:

03-15-2007, 11:12 PM
I recorded it only my harddrive and then I have to record it onto a DVD and then upload it so it takes way to long for me. Anyway my harddrive is screwing up. When I tried to record the Las Vegas final onto DVD, it kept freezing.

If I do have time, I will try to upload the Memphis final where Tommy beat Roddick. Have you seen that match?

can you share it? Or did you tape it on Video?

03-15-2007, 11:43 PM
Great week so far Tommy! Go Go :rocker2:

03-15-2007, 11:46 PM
I want to see it too Verdasco ;)

03-16-2007, 02:39 AM
Hey everyone (has Mae been around lately?)

I am very pleased that Tommy was able to beat Gonzo last night. I wish I could have stayed up for the match, completely forgot to set the VCR, duh. I was in Indian Wells last Friday and Saturday. I watched Tommy practice on Saturday for an hour and I was a little bit surprised at how fit and muscular he looks now. I haven't seen him since the 2005 US Open, but it looks like working out with Hogstedt is really helping him. Even if it was just a practice session, I really enjoyed watching Tommy play, his strokes are so smooth and easy, his footwork was nearly perfect, and he doesn't get all crazy in practice (most of the time ;) ). We spoke for a few minutes after and the first thing he said to me was 'where have you been?!' which kind of surprised me. Yes, I like to think that he missed me  . I had to leave on Sunday morning, so I never actually got to see him play a match, but it was good to watch him hit and have a brief chat with him. Sadly, I have a new camera that I am still learning how to use and none of the pictures I took are good enough to post  Thankfully, Deb took some very good ones and those are posted in the MTF gallery (just search 'Haas' and you'll see them).

Hope he plays well tomorrow, I have my fingers crossed for him. :)

All my big faves were out!I'm still very happy if Tommy wins this tourney!

03-16-2007, 08:25 AM
Tommy is playing the night session against Murray. :rocker2:

03-16-2007, 11:53 AM
Auf geht's Tommy!! :rocker2:

Thanks Fee! Mae wasn't here the last time.

03-16-2007, 12:07 PM
Simply a great week of Tommy, I would not have expected that :worship: Couldn't predict anything about his match with Murray, but he has his chances and maybe he is absolutely great tonight! :rocker2:

BTW, Mae wanted to leave the forum.

03-17-2007, 03:35 AM
The score right now is 6-3, 2-4 Tommy's way. Cmon Tommy, keep up the level from the 1st set !!!

03-17-2007, 03:46 AM
One set a piece now...6-3, 3-6  Cmon Tommy, dont give it away now !!!

03-17-2007, 05:22 AM
Tommy lost 3-6 6-3 7-6(8) to Murray. Tommy had two match points, the first one was on his serve and he missed a short ball that should have been dealt with.

03-17-2007, 02:53 PM
Yeah he lost! :fiery::crying2::crying2:
I'm very sad but happy at the same time 'cause he had a great week ;)

03-17-2007, 03:31 PM
we have to see a positive thing - now he wouldn´t be that exhausted when he plays miami as if he had to play another match.
he will be completely recovered when he has to play miami :)
maybe it is a small comfort but after all...

03-17-2007, 03:50 PM
Tommy

I'm really sad that he lost such a close match. Hopefully he can completely recover till Miami.

But it was a great week. Go Tommy!! :rocker2:

03-17-2007, 05:37 PM
It was very painful to watch this match. Hopefully, Tommy can rebound well from this match. Good luck in Maimi!

03-17-2007, 10:08 PM
Better luck in Miami, Tommy.

03-18-2007, 02:15 AM

Very good week from Tommy, I'm extremely happy for him. A shame he couldn't have faced Murray in the final  but I really enjoy Tommy's play recently.
