When will Ljubicic next break someone's serve?

So that's 8 sets without breaking serve, and a grand total of 2 break points in those 8 sets from the 'REAL' world number 2 :worship:

So I ask you, when will the tennis genius next break serve?

I've talked to him and yes, he is really nice.

But it doesn't mean I don't get a kick out of teasing the Croatards :awww:

I'm sure the same can be said for others here. :o

Yes, he can, he did it against Kiefer in Monte-Carlo.

In that case Ivan is sorted :haha:

There again, it is quite possible Coria can get to 40/00 and then 4 df really wouldn't help Ljubo...he'll just do his speciality and fail to convert the bp :tape:

Not easy to do, but I have to agree with you here... some of them really need to learn a little modesty.

Of course, I'm hoping here you don't count me into Ljubotards??

At any rate, I'm not sure people will learn... most likely they will lash out at Nadal or ARod next time they lose anything big. And then we will come to a full circle. Ah well, when you consider forces of nature, everything circulates anyway.

he's broken 6 times in the last 8 sets :) and Grand total of 19 Break chances
Mahut, Haas and Becker

dont let adam fool you by counting doubles...which makes no sense...he can return the ball and Ancic nets it :)
Adam is counting Haas, DC doubles and Mahut, but he's not counting this weeks doubles with 2 breaks and 12 chances, which makes even less sense.

Nah! More likely to be against Mirnyi, if both of them can make the 2nd round in a proper tournament! Then again, the 1st of April isn't that far off, looks like I'm getting my little joke in a little early then! ;)

Fair point about the doubles this week being ignored Jezza, although I would say Ancic is probably the better returner of the two. Even if one were to count the DC doubles rubber and not the doubles this week for some reason, then it's still only been 6.5 sets without breaking serve, bearing in mind Ljubicic would only play about half the receiving points in a doubles match.

he might be a better returner, but after the ball is put in play, he could be the one hitting 'em out and into the net on Ivan return, so doubles cant count

so in the last 8 sets , he has 6 breaks on 19 chances. :D

Though those statistics are questionable, this year hasn't begun well at all for Ivan. He's going to have to start stepping it up soon, especially in the American hardcourt season. I believe he has a fair amount of points to defend there, though I could be wrong.
