Well, wta world used to have a maximum number of points but recently they lifted that and points are unlimited so I'm not sure if there is a limit, but if there is, trust me, we are no where near it, lol
I have like 10,000 points of WTA world and that is nothing compared to most people :p

yup everyone starts out with 10 points and 1 green dot. You will get you 2nd green dot when you hit 100 points. You can get up to 13 dots :)

The more dots someone has the more rep they can give you, so if someone with 1 dot reps you you get a minimum of 1 point, 5 dots, 5 minimum points; 13 dots gives out a minimum of 13 points but can give out lots more than that :)

Okay, now someone explain me this as well.

What is the difference, the dark bold green dots and the shiny ones?

The first 5 dots are normal green dots. With every 100 points, you will have a new one. After 5 green dots, you will have shiny ones but you need 200 points for next shiny one. And the maximum number of shiny green dots is 6.

To give rep you click on this icon http://mens.wtnworld.com/images/buttons/reputation.gif underneath a posters name that will bring up another window where you leave rep

You points depend on a couple of things:
1) how many points you have, the more points you have, the more points you give out, the minimum you can give out is equal to the number of dots you have so if you have 4 dots the minimum you can give out is 4 points :)

2) How many post you have, I have no clue how many extra points that gives you, but have been told that is is true :o

3) The less frequently you give rep, the more points you give when you do rep - this was really obvious when we 1st started doing rep, Coma used to rep everyone, he maxed out his rep everyday, hence he gave out less points than someone who barely ever repped. So her would rep me and give out 4 points (when he had 4 dots), yet someone with 3 dots would give me 7 points just because they only repped occasionally - hopefully that made sense :lol:
