Tennis Fool 03-26-2004, 03:01 AM Thought he had it in the bag... TennisChick would be proud :o Billabong 03-26-2004, 03:03 AM 14-12 in the first set tiebreak ?? Whoa!!! TennisLurker 03-26-2004, 03:05 AM GO VINCE! Deboogle!. 03-26-2004, 03:08 AM I'm not sure if he was up 5-2 but he was definitely serving for the match 5-4. I'm almost positive that he only served for the match once but still..... gah Havok 03-26-2004, 03:25 AM :wavey: to Blake's chances at playing DC Tennis Fool 03-26-2004, 03:27 AM Is this the part where he fires his coach  Scotso 03-26-2004, 03:29 AM Vince :bounce: Deboogle!. 03-26-2004, 03:36 AM Is this the part where he fires his coach  Haven't we said that 2395703975037 times? Poor James Leo 03-26-2004, 05:00 AM Is this the part where he fires his coach  His coach has been with him since he was a teen, methinks. They're close like family, which would make it difficult for Blake to fire him. Blake's DC chances are certainly gone now. Roddick and the Bryans are set in stone, and I think Fish will be the fourth and final player on the team. Ginepri and Dent still have a shot, I suppose, depending on how well they do here. CooCooCachoo 03-26-2004, 06:53 AM LOL Poor James ;) :P Domino 03-26-2004, 10:18 AM Haven't we said that 2395703975037 times? Poor James 2395703975308 times, actually. Maia 03-26-2004, 01:45 PM That's too bad for James  Ireally wanted him to do well in this tourney... P.S. Hi everybody, I'm new here.... Experimentee 03-26-2004, 01:59 PM James   :o What a choke! star 03-26-2004, 02:05 PM :wavey: Maia James's coach is his "long time friend" according to someone..... He looks pretty young. But, this should make PMac's decision easier. Deboogle!. 03-26-2004, 02:07 PM Hi Maia, are you the same Maia from the Mardy board? I'm Debra over there :) :bigwave: Shalom! Maia 03-26-2004, 02:50 PM yes, that's me! I'm glad to join all of you here :) Deboogle!. 03-26-2004, 02:52 PM Well we're glad to have you!! :) tangerine_dream 03-26-2004, 02:57 PM :wavey: to Blake's chances at playing DC No kidding! Looks like Mardy Fish's position as the No. 2 banana is secure. :( Blake And welcome Maia :wavey: We have a nice Mardy Fish appreciation thread in the AR forum if you'd like to visit sometime. :) Sjengster 03-26-2004, 02:59 PM Unbelievable... Spadea is proving a bit of a nightmare for him since he also beat him at Scottsdale a few weeks ago, but this is just ridiculous. I'm willing to bet that when Blake served for the match, Spadea knocked the ball over the net and let him spray his shots everywhere except in. Deboogle!. 03-26-2004, 03:00 PM ummmmm not so sure. Mardy just lost the first set against Benneteau and quickly went 0-40 on his opening service game in the second set. oh he got it back to deuce... I wouldn't be surprised, if Spadea beats Safin or Robby does well.... that one of them gets the second spot. PMac has to name the team by Wednesday I do believe. Deboogle!. 03-26-2004, 03:02 PM Unbelievable... Spadea is proving a bit of a nightmare for him since he also beat him at Scottsdale a few weeks ago, but this is just ridiculous. I'm willing to bet that when Blake served for the match, Spadea knocked the ball over the net and let him spray his shots everywhere except in. I was at the Scottsdale match and that was pretty much what happened there....so wouldn't be surprised if that's what happened yesterday, but even worse. At least in Scottsdale James only lost 5-7 not 1-6 lmfao. James actually didn't hold serve from 5-4 on in the second yesterday. His one game in the third was a break back. Maia 03-26-2004, 03:06 PM And welcome Maia :wavey: We have a nice Mardy Fish appreciation thread in the AR forum if you'd like to visit sometime. :) Thanks! I have to say, this welcome made me feel happy for joining this forums, up until lately I only read messages posted by others, but now I feel confident enough to post :) I hope James will have better luck in time for the next DC tie (Even tough I'm happy Mardy's chances have now grown) Good luck in the next tournament, James!!! Experimentee 03-26-2004, 03:29 PM Well Mardy is about to go down in straight sets to Benneteau, which is an even worse loss than losing to Spadea. So I guess Mardy's DC position is not so secure after all. tangerine_dream 03-26-2004, 03:31 PM :( Mardeeeee! WTF? Maybe now PMac will choose Spadea :scared: Deboogle!. 03-26-2004, 03:31 PM yea... exactly.... watch, Spadea will get the spot lol Deboogle!. 03-26-2004, 03:32 PM LOL Tangy, great minds think alike!!! *high five* but, I hope we're both wrong. ~Agassi~ 03-26-2004, 03:48 PM Good win for Spadea... But James needs to get it together  J. Corwin 03-26-2004, 11:32 PM what a crapout from James bad loss for Mardy as well...things shall be interesting azza 03-26-2004, 11:37 PM Go Vince i hope he gets the spot! | |
