He already won his first title. She hasn't. She reached WB SF. He reached  (i need some help). He lost 21 in a row. She has lost tons and is wasting WCs. Who has had the best career? A grand slam Sf or a title?

Spadea easily. at least he used his talents to do something (win titles, beat top players). he even fell off the mpa and got back to the top 30. Alez, WTF has she done since her wimbledon SF appearance? beating capriati on carpet is not much, and she'll plummet even further, i dont even think she won a match this year :scared:

Yes, I'd go with Spadea - he made the AO QF in 99 by taking out Agassi in the 4th round, and was once ranked as high as 19 in the world; in fact, until Scottsdale this year he was the highest-ranked ATP player never to have won a title I think. Stevenson's been ranked higher, but her period of utter uselessness has surely now lasted as long as Spadea's did without even a trophy to show for it.

In the Memphis 2002 final, Stevenson lost to Raymond after having 6 championship points.

I think many of us wonder that! ;)

It was Nov. 1999, and Serena had just won the US Open. I wonder if she was unavailable...

Evidently what goes around comes around then, considering what happened to Raymond in this year's final...

Stevenson has made just under 1 and a quarter million dollars in her career. Spadea has made just under 3 million dollars in his career. That sums it up I think.

but ATP gives out more money :scared: not such a good sum-up of their ability though. and who voted for Alexandra :haha::haha:

I guess Alexandra Stevenson = Vladimir Voltchkov is a best comparation then ;)

Probably is, actually; no titles, one dream semifinal run at Wimbledon, only effective at all on fast indoor surfaces or grass, both now made infamous by shooting their mouth off on issues they're not qualified to comment on...

I thought you were askinf for the result of the match Alex - Vinc ;)

I would say Alex with 6/1 6/0 ;)

You have to remember that Vince's career has been going for a lot longer than Alex's.
They have both been similar, both reached top 20, beat top players, and also had big losing streaks. It would be hard to compare, but I think Alex will be better if we compared both at the end of their careers.

This is like choosing between the lesser of two evils.

I'd pick Vince's career over Alex's anyday, btw.
