I was just checking Tim's doubles activity on the ATP website and I found out he and Pete Sampras played doubles together in Barcelona 99.
They beat the clay-courter team of Mantilla/Vicente in straight sets then lost to Kafelnikov/Haarhuis.

At first I laughed at the thought of them playing doubles ON CLAY, but I realized it must have been very interesting to watch. I hope Tim plays doubles again.

there is live coverage on pay tv in aus, but i don't have it at home :(

just hope that it will last all the way to the doubles...
