Surprised no-one has commented on this.

What is Tomas's problem?

He just has these totally crap days sometimes where he loses to anyone who holds his nerve.

...and I really wanted to see a Blake Berdych match :( I hope he fixes his consistency problem sooner rather than later.

Tomas :smash:

This is one of the reasons I still think Nadal has a good shot at AO. None of the big hitters is consistent, not even Blake.

Then again he could have tanked to save himself for next week, but I didn't watch the match.

Berdych must do something with his head, he has game to win a Slam or couple of TMS but his head is worst than Marat's

She also said Jurgen was much better player than she was... which has been true at the moment.

berdych always looks like he is holding back on court, if he played 100% effort he would win matches like this no problem

The big hitters don't have to be consistent to defeat Nadal. In fact none of them really is.

What the hell has Nadal got to do with anything? :silly:

Read some posts before, I just didn't quote. Some guy said the big hitters aren't consistent and that's why Nadal has a chance and blah blah blah.

I didn't say that - they have to be consistent enough to reach the round where they can face Nadal to beat him.

it's not only his head but also his too risky game which could explain his inconstancy.....a bit like for Marat actually

Damn, but not surprising that we won't be seeing a Berdych-Blake match. He is getting better, but still rides the consistency rollercoaster.
