Partizan hasnt won in Zagreb for 17 years and Cibona is the better team at the moment, home crowd...
Imo his game is 90-10 so 1.5 or 1.45 is nice value.
CIbona will try to cover -9 from Beograd game so -5.5 is not bad i think.
