I'm thinkin Dallas -2.5 and a total set around 215 ... Might depend on Stackhouse's status ..

I am coming out of my slumber for this. Both teams are hot and I could see either one winning. I believe the suns will bring their A game and put up a large score. I don't see Dallas struggling to match it. I'm on the over 213.5 here. I expect around 224.

A really tough one to pick a side .. OVER usually appeals when the Suns are playing an opponent that can actually keep pace with them on the scoreboard ..

A few trends to consider:
Phoenix is 5-0 SU in its last 5 games on the road
Phoenix is 16-1 SU in its last 17 games
Phoenix is 9-1 ATS in its last 10 games on the road
The total has gone UNDER in 7 of Phoenix's last 8 games

Dallas is 5-0 SU in its last 5 games at home
Dallas is 5-0 SU in its last 5 games
Dallas is 5-1 SU in its last 6 games when playing Phoenix
Dallas is 4-1 ATS in its last 5 games

If Stackhouse doesn't play, the Suns have the edge in the bench as well

Mavs match up pretty well to the Suns except for one person, funnily enough who didn't play when the two teams played each other in the conference final last season

Amare Stoudemire

Dampier is not going to be able to stop him

You know the funny thing about gambling you can win up to ten times your starting capital.....and then you lost one and your winnings are about eight to nine times your starting capital.....and then you get depressed????.................anyway opinion same as other brothers here....Phoenix - Dallas should be 50-50........however there are some x-factors which may favour Phoenix.......first their odds are bettter @2.25..................secondly Jerry Stackhouse may not play........thirdly Marcus Banks and the super hot Leandro Barbosa..............and finally Dirk Nowitski with his sprain ankle......will he be able to keep pace with this rabbits...................having said that this should be a highly entertaining game........!

100% agree.

CBS says Stackhouse is 99% out. And Dirk left the training yesterday with a cold. Bryant, Christmas Day, anyone?

Stoudemire is just the best center in the world, imo. And he doesn't need to be close to the hoop to score.

Another thing that I love in Suns. Last game, 13 FT = 13 scored! It's in the FT that you win close games.

Dirk cold........this really sways the game towards Phoenix....huge bet on Phoenix..............if win then can start to roll....otherwise may probably be missing in action again till Australian Open starts

Mate this is not a game to be going to big on - not much between the two teams IMO

Right now, the Suns are like the Indiana Colts of the NBA. The Colts of last year.

There are about 29 teams which know the key to beat Suns. But only few are able to use it.

Mavs @Suns, under 213.5

With all the fellas 2day,LETS CASH THIS NO BRAINER!!!Suns should win by 10+ pts imho, people might think this ones close but in the end Suns should blowem out of the water, too hot too handle atm!!!

50 units on Phoenix Suns +2.5pts over Dallas Mavericks - Suns will win this outright therefor also on the moneyline aswell!!!

Good luck - Other leans on Spurs -6.5pts/Nuggets -8.5pts!!!

To beat Phoenix right now you need one of two things:

1. Your team is called San Antonio Spurs

2. You have a lot of luck

 no! that was my PREDICTION of what the line would be ... No way am I interested in fading Phoenix .. esp with Stackhouse rated as highly doubtful and Nowitski supposedly suffering from flu ..

Any team news in favour of the Sonics?
Or is there no reason why their odds have shortened on the handicap market?
