Well, the same happened to me when he had a signing session in Hamburg, so I know how you feel. :)

www.nicolaskiefer.de is my startpage in my browser so everytime I get online first thing I see is the news on his website!!

Yes but unfortunately for those of us who don't speak German we don't frequent the site since we don't know what it says. And you can say "babelfish" but I don't know if you've ever tried translating something on there but it turns out to be rubbish half the time cuz words are all mixed up and crazy. It would just be a nice gesture if everyone can get back to how we used to be on here and post news when you find it; translations of his blog entries and things like that. I think this place has died off since his injury (which I am guilty of too) and I just hope we can all get it back to what it once was.

I will try to post the news to you in time from now on. I was just assuming that you already knew it. Sorry. And yes I used babelfish a lot on Arnaud Clement's website when he still had one. It is not good but it helps you to understand most of the text.

I take some blame on myself too because I already cared more about his homepage updates, so I didn't check for quite a while after his Cincy loss. You are right that we suck lately a bit :o On the other hand, we are just a small group of supporters who likes this incredible jerk :)

"Incredible Jerk" Kiwi? LOL. Well, that fits him sometimes. I love him and his game. I cannot get enough. Sometimes I wonder why I like him, since he has been dismissive of me every year in Cincinnati when I am one of maybe 4 people there to watch him practice. I attend all of his matches, and he saw me this year during his victory over Safin. He brushed me aside at the practice courts, and the one pic I took of him, that he looked at me, he scowled at me. He is such a moody dude, or I just have the bad luck every single year of catching him in a bad mood.
Regardless of how he has treated me, and I have a list of stories I could tell over the years, I still marvel at his athleticism, his heart, his game, and his all court sense. I still hope he makes it back to the top ten.

I just thought I'd share. I got an email yesterday from someone who works for Kiwi's site and he said that shipping for the fanshop will be added to the USA in the next week or two.

Lately all the articles about him have the same topics anyway, therefore are not very interesting. But I will check sooner or later if there's something different in it.

Falla d. Kiefer 3-2 ret.

His terrible run in challengers continues. He barely won a match in the last few challengers he played.

I'm tired of this charity stuff on his website. Several updates lately, but nothing about his tennis.

ATP writes "respiration" as reason for his retirement. Sounds like he was ill and still tried to play. At least they don't mention any broken bones ;)

What? Kiwi is in challengers now? I know his ranking is low, but, tournaments are not offering him wild cards? I wish his site was more English friendly. I go to the site through google and they translate it, but, the english is choppy and usually all the wrong words are used. I wish I could read it. And the USA version of his fan shop doesn't work.

What exactly doesn't work? I will meet him soon and I could tell him about it if you want. Maybe they will fix the problem

Thank you. I just checked his shop section and it is working. Usually it would not load or the shopping cart wouldn't register products. But it seems to be working so no worries. Has anyone on here ordered from him? I like the messenger bag but I wonder if it is high quality and can hold a laptop. There isn't any overview about the bag.

Also, I usually translated his page on Google for English. It was crazy trying to read it since the translation usually didn't get everything correct. Now, today, I notice it is crystal clear to understand. Hmmm. Maybe all along it was Google's fault!

I hope Kiwi gets healthy soon. He deserves one last run at the top ten. I might be alone in that thought but I believe he can still be top ten.

I ordered a t-shirt and it was very good quality... don't know anything about that bag though...
the last posts on his website were pressreleases. If he writes notes by himself he often uses slang which causes the problems for google translator I think... sometimes it's just not possible to translate it word by word.

Lammer def. Kiefer 16 65 ret.
Another retirement from Kiefer, I mean nice that he still wants to play, but that is just not normal anymore, his body is just too weak for matches, he almost retires everytime, when he has to play a few matches within a few days....
He has to rest in the off season and then has to work really hard, otherwise this doesnt make much sense anymore!

NicolasKiefer44
