yes  :(

gooooo Nole! good draw, I think. It's a loaded field, and even though Ljubicic is the top seed, IMO he's one of the most beatable ones.

I think Nole should take a break next week, so he's fresh for Madrid.

If he plays here he'll be a Wien-er.

I think that's a good idea, especially with his fitness always being this big question mark... I'd like him be fresh and maybe actually have a good result in a Master's for once.

I wonder if he'll play. He said he was tired today. :awww:

Thomas Zib
Wawrinka/Cilic
Ljubicic

A good way to make semis

Of course he is tired today but he hasn't played much in the last 2 months and he needs to ride the good form now. I hate to say it now but he has plenty to play for including the masters series in Shanghai which suddenly seem like a possibiliy, he is less than 122 points from the 8th and last place

I read this in GM and since this is the current thread where we discuss Nole actually playing tennis I figured here's the spot to talk about it..

http://www.menstennisforums.com/showpost.php?p=4244665&postcount=11

Apparently Nole and Federer cracked the top 100 at the EXACT same age. Down to the day. :p What are the odds of that?

I kind of think he might not play Basel... even though that would be nice. I just can't see him being able to play 5 weeks straight. That's completely unlike him.

Official: Nole won 6:4, 6:3. Congrats.

Unofficial: Match was late because Nole had some problems and Zib made official objection because Wawrinka who was there told him to do that. I`m not sure if this story was true, but whether this story was or wasn`t true, we`ll have very interesting match tomorrow because DC wasn`t long time ago...

ezekiel

61% first serves
1st serve points won: 34/37 92%
16 aces

He has beefed up his serve recently . I like that he doesn't put his all into the serve to keep his game balanced but can still crank it up when it needs to be

NOVAK DJOKOVIC went to Vienna's most famous waltz dance school, Elmayer, for some dancing lessons. The Serb, who told his teacher that he
wanted to come back to the school next year, joked with people preparing for a dancing contest: "After this lesson I'll be ready to take part in the competition as well. I had a lot of fun here. If I get a chance I'll try to come back next year. It was great fun to dance waltz here in Vienna."...

:haha:
