Some 3rd round (+ 2nd round like Nalby-Safin) are really interesting. I voted for Djokovic-Hewitt but Murray-Gonzo was not far from getting my vote
Most anticipated match today?vincayou 09-03-2006, 10:39 AM Some 3rd round (+ 2nd round like Nalby-Safin) are really interesting. Though I would personally love to see Ferrer v Youzhny. savesthedizzle 09-03-2006, 11:03 AM Djokovic/Hewitt and Murray/Gonzalez :D But I voted for Djokovic. Adler 09-03-2006, 11:06 AM I voted for Djokovic-Hewitt but Murray-Gonzo was not far from getting my vote I had the same doubts. I want to see an answer to following questions - is Lleyton is returning to higher form, and is Nole capable of defeating a Top 20 player right now BTW : It's GonzaleZ, not Gonzales vincayou 09-03-2006, 11:20 AM I had the same doubts. I want to see an answer to following questions - is Lleyton is returning to higher form, and is Nole capable of defeating a Top 20 player right now BTW : It's GonzaleZ, not Gonzales Exactly my thought, many question marks above Lleyton and Djokovic, they arrive in unknown form in this open. I was more impressed from what I saw from Hewitt so far. Sorry Fernando! DrJules 09-03-2006, 11:25 AM Amazingly Safin vs. Nalbandian is not on Arthur Ashe court, but then no surprise at that decision  Lullaby 09-03-2006, 11:25 AM Thank god for sky though as this court is the one I will be watching all day! disturb3d 09-03-2006, 11:27 AM Who the fuck is anticipating Murray vs Gonzo. In one corner, a guy whose game is about as exciting as FlashDeb's panty drawer. In the other, a guy with the versatility of a beached platypus. jes_021 09-03-2006, 11:34 AM Lleyton-Nole and Marat-Nalby, of course neither match will probably be shown, because Agassi and Roddick are playing at the same time on Ashe  I think I've only seen mens matches from the same 4 players, 3 of them American. Winston's Human 09-03-2006, 11:42 AM After yesterday's endless Agassi-athon, I am eagerly anticipating watching any match that does not involve Agassi. Agassi Aces 09-03-2006, 11:43 AM Agassi v Becker for me, as it is one of the last chances to see the Double A in action!!! charlie666 09-03-2006, 11:46 AM close tie between Nalbandian-Safin and Hewitt-Djokovic. I voted the last one Sunset of Age 09-03-2006, 12:27 PM I'm afraid all we'll be seeing is Agassi again... Every shot of just any other match is most welcome to my eyes. MurrayFan1 09-03-2006, 12:31 PM Obviously the Murray one, but they all look pretty good matches. ezekiel 09-03-2006, 01:00 PM Djokovic/Hewitt and Murray/Gonzalez :D But I voted for Djokovic. you forgot to say you are biased on the issue ;) scarecrows 09-03-2006, 01:04 PM Nalbandian vs. Safin but I'll get to see whatever Eurosport shows :( Andi-M 09-03-2006, 02:46 PM murray - fena followed by hewitt - nole the 2 youngsters will win mark my words!!!!!!!!!!! :yeah: :yeah: Björki 09-03-2006, 02:51 PM I voted for the first. I want to ... in bold. Nalbandian vs Safin Hewitt vs Djokovic Murray vs Gonzales sanpo 09-03-2006, 03:33 PM Actually had 2 choices: Nalby/Safin and Nole/Hewitt but voted for Nole. They're now showing Agassi and it's stupendously boring. I hope they'd show Nalby and Safin even only at late stages of sets. ~*BGT*~ 09-03-2006, 03:38 PM Safin/Nalby and Moya/Blake. A possible upset for both. Pfloyd 09-03-2006, 04:19 PM Hewitt vs Djokovic has good potential. It could be a great match if both of them are on top of there games. Yappa 09-03-2006, 04:50 PM Safin/Nalby and Moya/Blake. A possible upset for both. Upset in the first match? Who? Safin is 5:1 in the H2H and Nalbi isnt in good form either. Obviously I voted for Safin-Nalbandian. Regenbogen 09-03-2006, 04:58 PM Moya vs Blake and Hewitt vs Djokovic, picked the 1st ~*BGT*~ 09-03-2006, 05:33 PM Upset in the first match? Who? Safin is 5:1 in the H2H and Nalbi isnt in good form either. Obviously I voted for Safin-Nalbandian. It was a double meaning. Who would be upsetted? The former #1 and USO champ or the #4 player in the world and TMC Champ. You choose. :) Flibbertigibbet 09-03-2006, 05:33 PM There's a solid five matches today that I really want to watch, chances are I'll only get one, unfortunately: Moya vs Blake, Nalbandian vs Safin, Berdych vs Tursunov, Murray vs Gonzalez, and Hewitt vs Djokovic. Any of them could go to five sets - Nalbandian-Safin is probably my personal favorite, and it might go to five. Today'd be a really nice day to be at the Open, that's for sure. connectolove 09-03-2006, 06:07 PM   OMG! only 2% for Rafa???? Iheartandy&roger 09-03-2006, 07:20 PM I am pissed that I didn't get to see the full Nalbandian-Safin match but what I did see of it was killer. Awesome! :yeah: Wtg Safin! | |
