Just seen pictures of Andre Agassi practising with Darren Cahill at Flushing Meadows this morning. These were on the UK network SKY SPORTS. According to Barry Cowan, the injection has settled Agassi'a pain and he should hit top form tonight. He looked to be moving well!

Agassi will pay for the shots later...about 5-7 years from now...all those shots will make him go crazy.

the shots he is taking....no pain now= a lot of pain later. :wavey:

God...I want him to win but too much cortisone is not a good idea. But..I want him to win.

GO ANDRE!!

(sorry, Marcos..next year, ok?)

I'm not for taking those injections, but it is his last tournament, so what the hell. I hope he plays well tonight, i'm looking forward to this match. I love Baggy, but I think we all want to see Andre go far in his last USO.

This is the first cortisone injection he's had for many months. The doctors say he can have 3 a year with absolutely no danger to him.

You're probably right, but if I was in his position I'd do that same.

Good luck Andre :yeah:

There is no way the doctors would tell him false information. And cortisone is a very well known substance. No longterm danger if he sticks to 3 per year (I believe he's had 2 this year).

agassi doesn't even need to move well. he just has to rely on Baggy to make his typical errant errors
stoopid bagz

Agassi was playing well in what I saw, the first two sets. Baghdatis did win the third though, so I don't know
