USO Schedule

According to the website, there's play on Sunday Sept 3. Is this always the case for the USO? Because in Wimbledon, the second Sunday is off, although of course Wimbledon does start the tour on a Sunday.

Wimbledon starts on a Monday and they are the only Slam that has the middle Sunday off barring bad weather during the week, the other 3 don't.

US Open always has the dumbest schedule of play of all the grandslams, it takes them 7 days to finish two rounds of play.
