If you jogged for 15 mins every day for 1 week would you get more endurence out of your legs?

Only if you had very little endurance to start with.

I run 4 times a wekk 30 minutes.
It definitely adds endurance, because every time it becomes easier.
I'm nto sure in one week you'll see miracles, but after a month or two you'll definitely notice it.
Just make sure u drink a lot of water or energ drinks before.

what about a bike? if you ride a bike for one week for 30 mins would you get better endurence out of your legs?
