CAN A FRENCHMAN WIN WIMBLEDON ?? OR IS IT JUST AN ILLUSION ?
Our best players on grass at the present :
- Richard GASQUET, who won Nottingham last year and this year
- Sebastien GROSJEAN, last year semi-finalist
- Gael MONFILS, excellent on the Queen's grass against Ivan LJUBICIC
- Florent SERRA, semi-finalist at 's-Hertogenbosch
The players who can create the surprise :
- Fabrice SANTORO, old but very good on grass and on quick surfaces in general (his dream : to play on wimbledon central)
- Nicolas MAHUT, who won Wimbledon junior in 2000 against Mario Ancic, and who played very well when he defeated STEPANEK at Queen's and MALISSE at Nottingham...
Maybe you put your hope into others players ?
