Juan Carlos finally broke his losing streak in atp matches....he defeated Albert Montanes 6-0 6-1 6-1...its pretty one sided but montanes was starting to play good in the 3rd set but was not enuff....however i feel JC has to do better if he wants to win AO!!.

You mean JC has to triple-bagel his opponents, oxy?
I wouldn't be too worried, personally.

JC is playing really well, although his opponent was making a lot of unforced erros. Good to see him winning a match to build on his confidence. :)

JRM.. Montañes can actually play very well. Mainly on clay though, so a straight sets victory was expected here, but this is still a very good accomplishment (scorewise). Haven't seen any of the rallies, but I take it he played well.
It was over in 66 minutes :p
And they say WTA is boring ;)

Yep good for jc
About the boring thing, it happens way more often in the WTA circuit than on the ATP one... it happenns all the time in the first rounds for the women
Finally.
I did enjoy watching thaty overhead point that Montanes simply could not put away and ended with a scorching backhand up the line from Ferrero. But not exactly comparable Connors/Haarhuis. ;)
