He decided to play in the US instead. He prefers playing on hard than clay after the grass season.

Good luck to Carlos Moya :bounce:

sluiter withdrew for the scheveningen event because of family reasons. maybe he won't play here also than there are still 3 wildcards to give

Kezzi
07-10-2006, 10:18 PM
I don't know if he'll withdraw from Amersfoort too... I was in Scheveningen today and I heard some people say that his grandfather died (don't know for sure if it's true) , so maybe he is not ready to play next week, but I think it's also possible that he will be in Amersfoort.

Klaas_nalbandian

let's hope he will play, that there are some withdrawals that he doesn't need the wildcard

Any news about the Qualies field

They don't work with entry lists for qualifying for lower events such as Amersfoort. The qualifying field, and, thus, draw, will be determined with on-site sign-in, meaning that if you are in Amersfoort before tonight's deadline and your ranking is high enough, you get in.

Last direct acceptance:

2005 - #643 [Meffert]
2004 - #692 [Levinsky]
2003 - #1277 [Nonnekes ]
2002 - #584 [Hood]

So we can expect a reasonably poor field with some good players ;)

If Sluiter is mentally ready to play.

Gicquel could definitely do well in the MD.

If he isn't he should withdraw before the draw is out so the wildcard can go to an other guy in stead of a LL
