The Finnish lefty is high on confidence with the knowledge that win or lose in this final he will be the new Pick Your Winner world number one when the new rankings come out after AMS Hamburg. If Nieminen were to win he would be completing a remarkable double after he completed a 6-4 6-4 6-0 victory over Thomas Johansson of Sweden in the final of AMS Rome.
