Can anyone confirmed this plz?I heard that Roger had 40 UE on the backhand  , no wonder Nadal keeps attacking it, especially with all that spin, i wonder how on earth he can negate that damn spin!

I don't know, but he hit a lot of UFE's over all. Toward the middle of the 4th set he was finally able to hit backhands off of Nadal's high topspins. A lot of Roger's problem was nerves to start with.

However he really did play magnificently to break back and get even in the 4th set. He was really in the flow smashing balls at Nadal and pressing him like no one else ever has. Roger needs to rememer that and start that way next time.

Well that means he had around 30 errors with his forehand as well, no;)?

Yep, they showed 78 UEs, should be over 40 on BH and over 30 on FH. Shocking, isn't it? ;)

I cant seem to understand the forehand side of it, did he go for too much?Alot of them on the net?

Noticed that errors always seemed to be a factor in their matches, i know he maded alot in the french, how about Dubai?

Yes it was ove 40 on the BH.

But like, doesn't Federer have his own forum to discuss stuff like this?

Can you imagine if a Roddick or Hewitt fan started a thread like this in GM ? :haha:

I think the backhand is very essential in winning RG, look at Guga, look at Nadal.Roger needs to work on that and handling the topspin of Nadal.

Not only Nadal can hit with huge topspin.
