Hello everybody,

ok lets see.
Eurosport shows only WTA.
Supersport 4 GR starts the ATP broadcasting on Monday.
Cyprus Tv shows nothing as always.

thats my research till now. i want so much to see this game.

03-26-2006, 01:22 PM
Hi Hawk and welcome along. :) Well, here in France, we have a chanel called Sport+ that shows ATP during Masters Series, while Eurosport shows WTA. But I don't know if you can get it where you are. Coverage is pretty poor at the moment, because they have other priorities over the weekend. 2 hours a day is really I don't know if I'm gonna get a chance to see Marcos. Anyway, good luck to him. :)

03-26-2006, 01:40 PM
Pameeeee  Please win :woohoo: !!!!!

03-26-2006, 07:57 PM
Marcos lost 6-2 2-6 5-7. He was up a set and a break, then up a break in the third. And 3 DFs in the last game of the match? :( Davydenko is a great player, but the way he lost is very disappointing. What the hell happened?

03-26-2006, 08:51 PM
Just saw the match on Supersport 2 South Africa. The way he lost is indeed very disappointing. He made 3 DF,s in the last game but the second DF was wrong referee decision. Anyway, Davydenko was very strong from the baseline driving powerful FHs and BHs making Marcos running a lot. But in my opinion the 3rd game was lost due to 27 unforced errors and very bad 2nd serve. There is something missing from Australian Marcos comparing to US Marcos and thats make the difference.

03-26-2006, 11:44 PM
Well it doesn't sound like Marcos had a good Match, but still Marcos is ranked #26 in the World and he was playing a guy ranked #5 in the World. So I don't think we should feel too bad about the loss. Marcos hasn't been on the Pro Tour very long. He is just getting started so there will be many more Tournaments for him to play ;)

03-27-2006, 09:29 AM
well he was winning and started the 2nd set awfully well, then he lost his was very close at the end....I hope he does better soon....

03-27-2006, 03:20 PM
Do you think he can improve his first serve in the future? Its his weakest link in his play. I mean it must be psychological the problem... :) Against Bogomolov he had 87%!!! first serve in the first set and in second set 38%. Against Davydenko he had 50%!!!

03-27-2006, 07:50 PM
Yes marcos shall be more consistent on his serve. That would give him great advantage since he is a hard serve player. But I would like to see marcos playing more aggressively from the baseline. He has the power to do that. Improvements on the above issues in combination with his outstanding ability to drive cross-court and down the line shots would advance noticeably his overall performance.
