Your support for Xrisots is equally bizarre.
I don't support him, I just wanted to give him no excuses to be unable to post the video (I know there is no video but I wanted to atleast see what his next excuse would be). Your obsessive bashing of the guy got you no where, now he'll just hold that "video" over our heads as if it exists.

But admit Nicole, it WAS all funny, but at right time. We all know it wasn't fair of him when he didn't want to post the name and all those things. And I was fooled at first two pages because I support junior tennis players even if it's clear they won't make a big career. Fee made a very good post about it. You talked to him on MSN and maybe it was somewhat funnier for you, but also for me, as he attracted so many lurkers to my thread (geez look at the number of views :scared: ) but the petition comments show, it wrote someone who follows this thread, and that other thread quite patiently and is making a lot of fun of all of us. Well, maybe it's funny for him/her (? ) and maybe if it was a week before I'd laugh too. But now is the time for Chris to leave and stop lurking around because he does all the time, and for us to really stop talking about it. Could you remove this petition? If he wants to come back he'll do even without it, if he needs excuses, he'll find lots.

I do stop talking about it, only exception will come in a recap.

Short Report (recapitulation)

How to write an essay without mentioning the main subject of it? Ha, that’s the deal!!! If WTA was the topic I’ve always prefered not to touch, this time it is going to be a WTA story. No, okay, let’s not joke, we all know what kind of discussion took place on those pages – the XRISTOS discussion (hahahaha!!!!!!). Perhaps one of the last ones, in these days. It’s like a song, which is a smashing hit, played everywhere. Everybody is singing it and can’t live without it. But soon, they get sick of it. It’s not good, it’s not even funny. Time to take it out from the playlists. Even if Nathaliia’s song “P.E.R.I.O.D.” (newly written) is a good one and has fans, the artist who used to perform it, is not famous anymore. The full song is here http://www.menstennisforums.com/showthread.php?t=6940&page=38&pp=15 post #562 by the way. In the whole mess when we didn’t even know who’s a friend, who’s a foe and who’s a spammer. Yes, Xristos decided to leave MTF (even though he’s lurking, so still a partial member...) – there were attempts to hold him back, petition online and some underwear patterns. At the end, we decided to hide it all, like a stinking family secret.
Did I really miss something important in this recap?
Guys were talking about genocide, Agassi Domination complained about the amount of Brits in the thread, Miss Dior Cherie writes final exams, Paul doesn’t study and destroys eyes on Playstation instead, Nathaliia got accused of sucking for food, Corinna was accused of coolness.
Better, let’s leave this recap in peace.

Yeah, Carlos used to have entertaining tennis, but when the game moved, and he was stuck with injuries.. and he was stuck with his party life  That's why he can't be on top anymore.

David could be maybe even #1 ranked ( okay... second for sure) if he had a head to this sport.

Maybe Flavia Pennetta can set him straight and limit his partying, she was cheering him on yesterday in Estoril.

I remember, it was when I said I had described the way one Polish player was throwing the racquet and what kind of words he used (not curse words, no... It was very funny... oh, I'll find the link to that text by the way).

Yeah Flavia seems to work on him, and that's good. Time for Spanish bull to get steady with this Italian friendly woman. Talking back about Tour Managers, Flavia had to carry umbrella for a tour manager (a guy, her compatriot) out there in Sopot.

There were stories about him every year in Umag. He loved playing there, cause the matches are played in the late evening, so after it he would go party, sleep in the next day and then slowly get up and get ready for the evening match again.
He used to OWN that tournament, not so much these and esp. not if Rafa will come this year (he was forced to withdraw with injury last year, but was so fair that he came to Umag to announce it himself on a press conference :worship: ).

WTF?!
That's a crazy story.

Hehe that's why those seaside summer tournaments are loved  Carlos messing in Umag, Flavia messing in Sopot... Carlos comes to Sopot too but he's always very wasted here.
Wow, Nadal came after all? Very nice of him. To Sopot last year Gaudio came and sat there for few days but didn't play.

Haha no need to read it all, just the one part I said ;) But you can bookmark it if you wish, it's the article that I liked so much that decided to translate it into English, and getting all those materials cost me a lot of health actually :D ;). It's not like desciribing an ATP Profile or ATP tournament... it's something going much deeper, that's why I like it!

Yeah, those party animals
I think Nadal stayed for a day or two himself.
Nadal first played at Umag as a kid, you know the influence Carlos has on him and he brought him to Umag and asked for the Tournament Director, who is a big friend of Carlos, to give him a wildcard and I think he got to the QF or the SF.

I started reading it, very interesting stuff. :)

Thanks, my favourite is about Polish players in Estonia and Latvia :help: But also the Russians in Szczecin :help:

Nadal played Sopot too and it was his first title ;) And moreover the funniest thing it was me who recognized him first because I've never valued his tennis too much :) even if he does deserve a respect as a player. I shouted to kataanna: "Kaśka Look! Is it Nadal or what?" And she was watching Domachowska / Douchevina in doubles, something like 50 metres from me. The security guy told me: "Shut up or I'll shut you in the toilet"

The tournament has a beach Moya will be there and as long as Nadal isn't injured he will be there.

Muster supported this tournament initially and then Moya and being friends with Moya has certain advantages.

I'm used to roads of low standards then :p That's why we needed to buy a truck car because our BMW was always in harm :awww:

Seriously :p

But the worst roads are in Moldova... I swear I thought I'd jump out of the car through the window

When I saw Ljubljana it was sunny and beautiful and it was very warm then! And my cousin got food-poisoned but maybe it's not the most important :p
I guess.
I rarely drive myself, use the train to Ljubljana and use the public transportation there. I don't really get to experience the road that much :p

Yeah, it's great there in the summer or late spring, people are out and you feel the energy, it's completely different than in winter.

Food poisoning?
Where did you eat? There are some places that are known for that...

True, Muster was very important at the beginning of the tournament with him playing there, when he was the #1 and the war going on in Croatia. It was him playing there that convinced others that it was safe.

Oh and the beach there is not all that good. I've been there and is kinda meh...

For as much as an arsehole Muster was at times, he had certain redeeming features and this was one of them.

One of my best friends was there when he and the agent of Rafael Nadal (trivia question) were playing in the final and it was a great atmosphere for sure.

Funnily enough I have hardly seen much of Croatia, only had a chance to stay in Porec, but went to a beach not far from there. I was in your land for a while and had many silly memories there, all I will say I was on first name terms with the border rail guys at Jessenice.

As for Umag, it's too developed for me, but it's more the party scene. Here is the thing I have been in Båstad, but the difference from what I hear is Umag is a lot cheaper, then again most places are cheaper than Båstad.

The Jesenice story sounds like it would be interesting.
I imagine that Umag is cheaper.

And Umag always has a great atmosphere. The scheduling with the night session suits the tourists and fans as well.
And since there are a lot of Italians there their players like Volandri always have good support.
And the stadium is usually full from Day 1. Last year they had to order extra seats for the final, because the demand was so high.

Basically what happened when I was in Slovenia, it hadn't joined the EU and it was not long after independence, so it was a different feel I imagine to the place.

I was in Austria for a while in the south and needed to get out of where I was staying for while, so I went to Slovenia for what was meant to be 1 week and it was 4 weeks. My passport was fine, but one of the guys I was with needed a visa, then when I came back three times it was the same guy.

The tolar was so easy to rip, the old town of Ljubljana was good. Then at the bus station I remember the burek stand and that these Kosovar guys that ran it and one of my friends looked like this footballer and they kept calling him that footballer every time we went there.

And they swept Estoril, all-Chinese singles final and they took the doubles, different four players though
And that copy could be Shuai Peng, she is two-handed on both sides and beat Clijsters last year on the US summer hardcourts tour. That was a real shocker, but she failed to deliver lately and she got into trouble with the Chinese Tennis Association that works in a totalitarian way I'm afraid.

Well... We were going to Crimea (Ukraine) for holiday in 2000 by car and wanted to make a way shorter and go through Moldova. Of course, all the media were silent but there was actually... a civil war :o. Believe or not, all time cenzorship in our media about it!!! And it's because the Russian general R.I.P. Lebedz (or however I should spell his name in English) with some freaky group created a banana republic Primorje.

Nothing sent us the wrong signals, so we admired beautiful landscapes and cursed about the roads. The road after Chisinau (their capital) was closed so I was sent by my parents to ask for a further way those soldiers who were there with some prisoners (we thought: "Prisoners are working"). When I gently came over, one guy shouted to me: "My soldaty samostejnej respubliki Primorje!" and pointed at my head with a machine gun. He walked me to the car like this and started talking in Russian with my father. Oh gosh we packed ourselves into real hell... but managed to get out  Of course had to pay enough in every stop-check.

So the Bosnians and the Kosovars run those things? It's like in Scotland, the Italians run the ice cream business, where I am the Greeks run the fruit and veg, hence the name "Fruit and Vegetable mafia".

Have to say a good burek mesni was a wonderful thing for breakfast. Big piece of burek filled me up for ages and it was tasty. I don't have the patience to try and make it.

Ah, the funniest was then my grandfather who knows everything about the politics, somehow heard about it and warned us before  But we do follow politics as well  Ridiculous in a way.

But what's the most ridiculous, the journalists were packing theirselves there and tried to make their adventures sooo dangerous (like they had to pay a fine and that's all  ) but while reading those articles we just laughed it was nothing coming close to everything we've been through, definitely without a purpose ;)

Burek stands are quite common, esp. in places with high population of people from Bosnia or Kosovo, which is all over basically

Yeah, they also run the veggie and fruit business here as well.

Mesni burek is the only real burek I think, it all started with the "meat" burek. But then you also have cheese(sirni) burek and the one I eat mostly pizza burek.

Yes, the meat burek was a very good friend to me within the region and I can't complain about it, but yes it's important to get the form right and I don't have the expertise to get it right, but it's beautiful.

It's like in every country, like in say in Czech Republic and Slovakia, there are plenty of Ukrainians doing the construction, forestry and other jobs, work hard for less money, just like the Czechs do in Austria for example. It would be the same for the Bosnians and Kosovars as well in Slovenia.

//beep// (I'll never mention his name in here again unless he's here) is online right now and I could ask him whether he's coming back or not but his presence is also the reason why I'm appearing offline (Don't ask me why) so I can't

ok, i'll never talk about him either, i promise :)

Pretty bad, my work is much harder than i thought it would be. I'm going to do rubbish.
But Jacques and Fisi got points in F1, so not too bad.

I'm fine. Have to leave in like 20-30 minutes, which kind of suck, esp. since I start studying like crazy tomorrow and will do that the whole week. :(
Even on my b'day. :help:
