I♥PsY@Mus!c 03-07-2006, 03:40 PM Good luck Kiwi! :clap2: JMG 03-07-2006, 09:43 PM No easy matches for him. :o The way to the QF should be against Chela, Ancic and Ljubicic, but still I expect him to win those matches. 1st Quarter: (1) FEDERER, Roger SUI v Bye CALLERI, Agustin ARG v MASSU, Nicolas CHI RUSEDSKI, Greg GBR v WAWRINKA, Stanislas SUI Bye v (29) ROCHUS, Olivier BEL (18) HRBATY, Dominik SVK v Bye HORNA, Luis PER v BRACCIALI, Daniele ITA Qualifier v YOUZHNY, Mikhai RUS Bye v (15) GASQUET, Richard FRA (11) KIEFER, Nicolas GER v Bye SEPPI, Andreas ITA v CHELA, Juan Ignacio ARG Qualifier v SANGUINETTI, Davide ITA Bye v (21) ANCIC, Mario CRO (27) MONFILS, Gael FRA v Bye PAVEL, Andrei ROM v Qualifier Qualifier v (WC) WARBURG, Sam USA Bye v (6) LJUBICIC, Ivan CRO kfh_9118 03-08-2006, 01:49 AM bad draw :fiery: I♥PsY@Mus!c 03-08-2006, 04:26 AM (11) KIEFER, Nicolas GER v Bye SEPPI, Andreas ITA v MATHIEU, Paul-Henri FRA Qualifier v SANGUINETTI, Davide ITA Bye v (21) ANCIC, Mario CRO (27) MONFILS, Gael FRA v Bye PAVEL, Andrei ROM v Qualifier Qualifier v (WC) WARBURG, Sam USA Bye v (6) LJUBICIC, Ivan CRO They change the draw again, but they MUST do it becoz it's fair to players. :rocker: It's still a tough draw for him...also me. :o He will beat Paulo :bigcry: /Seppi almost for SURE.He has to meet Ivan in R3,then one of them has to play against that tennis god in SF! :banghead: I'm so fed up with this part of the draw! :fiery: Neely 03-08-2006, 09:00 AM Yeah, not so good  There would have been easier eigths of the draw than the one he got :fiery: Mathieu can be dangerous on the right day, Ljubicic may not be neglected as well (I feel he could lose to him). And then again the same shit like last year, he would be en route to face Federer again in the quarterfinals :banghead: Why can't Federer be at least once in the opposite site   I hope he can battle through as well as possible and gets something better for Miami then! knight_ley 03-08-2006, 12:46 PM :bounce: Kiwi has to win for me this week!!!!!!! :bounce: JulliBr 03-08-2006, 12:55 PM :wavey: Hi girls!!!!!!!! She has seen Nicolas and he is ready to play. He practiced with Safin today and played a set. I think he lost against Safin. Plus, she said that he wasn't in a good mood. zethand 03-09-2006, 01:59 AM I hope Kiwi can win his 1st match! knight_ley 03-09-2006, 01:55 PM WOOT! Neely 03-12-2006, 11:55 AM Currently it looks more like that not Mathieu but Seppi is going to be Kiwi's first opponent in this tournament. bavaria100 03-12-2006, 02:04 PM Good luck Kiwi! Looks like his first match is going to be on monday. Neely 03-12-2006, 06:08 PM Good luck Kiwi! Looks like his first match is going to be on monday. Nice signature and avatar ;) I also thought of her Turin shooting performance when I saw the race yesterday :) Neely 03-12-2006, 07:54 PM Mathieu came back to defeat Seppi after the rain delay, so Mathieu is his next opponent. In my eyes the more difficult one here because Mathieu can play very well and he has days where everything is going his way; but Kiwi has to fight through against some tough matches here, that's clear, it's a Masters  knight_ley 03-12-2006, 08:51 PM :scared: I would prefer it not to be Mathieu.... bavaria100 03-12-2006, 09:58 PM Nice signature and avatar ;) I also thought of her Turin shooting performance when I saw the race yesterday :) Thanks. :) Yesterday´s race was so amazing. Katrin has been struggling for months and Turin was definitely the low point, but the way she bounced back was just phenomenal. :yeah: I´ve never been that proud of her before. bavaria100 03-12-2006, 10:01 PM Mathieu came back to defeat Seppi after the rain delay, so Mathieu is his next opponent. In my eyes the more difficult one here because Mathieu can play very well and he has days where everything is going his way; but Kiwi has to fight through against some tough matches here, that's clear, it's a Masters  Mathieu is a tricky opponent, that´s for sure. You never know which Mathieu will show up, but I think that Kiwi can handle him. I♥PsY@Mus!c 03-13-2006, 10:46 AM I want Paulo to win so bad,but he has no mental state on crucial points at all, last year he just had one great match to impress people - beat the duck in R1 in Montreal, :bigclap: whereas Kiwi has much better results than him always. So I think don't worry guys,Kiwi will beat him in 2. Neely 03-13-2006, 09:22 PM Okay, unfortunately I was right when immediately said that Mathieu is going to be the biggest problem after taking a glance at his draw. Kiwi needs to start getting some consistency again and getting used to tournament play some time. He couldn't play enough the last weeks. If he is more used to real matches again, then maybe he will stop more likely to lose several leads and good opportunities like in the first set. Okay, on to Miami now. Last year he sucked there and lost to Mayer quite pathetically and too easy. Now this year he has to make up for his lost QF points of Indian Wells ;) Lets hope, that (or more) would be nice  I♥PsY@Mus!c 03-14-2006, 02:17 PM This result does surprise me esp Kiwi led him 5-1 (what I heard) in TB! Normally he shouldn't lose,I guess he just lacked some rthyhm after a rest,it's not a big problem,he will do better in Miami. Next time don't place Kiwi,Paulo and Ivan in the same 1/8 draw, :armed: or I'll be crazy! :help: | |
