Its you who is the most obnoxious Murray fan of all because there IS NO RIVALRY between these two. They are friends. You just create drama where there is none so you have an excuse to be an ass.

You argument is flawed. I beliebe Gasquet, Nadal are real talents along with Murray. Djokovic -as much as you may not want to hear it-is a dime a dozen type of guy. He has a solid enough game, but he can't hurt the higher ranked players enough with his fairly limited game.

02-21-2006, 04:49 PM
LOL, LOL, LOL, LOL!

He should've broken Hewitt in every second game, Hewitt is useless. The Roddick match was slightly better.

No, if he would play out his real talent he would be top5 by now.

So what exactly is the problem.

Tournaments thought Murray was talented last year, gave him shitloads of wildcards.

Murray is proving he deserved them this year, beating top players even when not playing his best.

Murray is talented.

All those statements can occur at the same time as:

Novak Djokovic is a talented but so far unproven player.

I don't see why Murray fans can't leave Novak the fuck alone until April. We are happy that Murray is being successful... unfortunately Murray fans seem to be unable to have the same respect for Novak.

ClaycourtaZzZz.
02-21-2006, 04:55 PM
Even if Djok would beat Murray. Would we care? No. The rankings show us enough. Maybe Djok likes to play Murray and Murray has problems with Djok's play. Who knows.

Okay, and at this young point in their careers, some people move the rankings more rapidly than others.. how long did it take Ljubicic to get where he is? Davydenko?

Not everyone can be a Nadal... some people work toward the top their entire careers. No one expects Djokovic to roll out of bed and be in the top 10 tomorrow. All we expect is for him to steadily improve.

Interesting. And I saw him hanging out with your David at the USO

vdd hit two of the weakest overheads I have ever seen a couple of points ago, he might want to work on that.

 Have you heard the stories of my famous paella yet? Apparently he can't win a match unless I make it. :o

I've actually been working on overheads and volleys last 2 or 3 lessons. I think I'm improving.

oh Calatrava is related to too many countries.... and he was born in Germany and he lives in Andorra, and he studied in US

and his uncle is a great architect :yeah: some people during Szczecin challenger last year more knew his uncle than him  !!!

mmmmmm paella that is great stuff. I remember going to Alicante and there is this restaurant where you can sit on the beach and they bring paella to you.

I probably need about a years worth of lessons to work on my volleys. I think I'm allergic to the net.

Cool, S. Calatrava is doing a lot of stuff in NYC now, including part of the new World Trade Center.

You'd never think he'd do modeling from his ATP profile pic...

I don't know if he's still modeling, or he used to, when completely sucked in tennis. I can only say he is very handsome in real life, yeah... I saw him live in 2004 and 2005

He looks better at "live pictures" at the scoreboard from Rotterdam!

Calatrava up 4*-2 in the tiebreak, including hitting an unbelievable passing shot. vdd just won the last point with a return winner, still in the tb i think.

4-1* Ferrer leads. Ivo is hitting with a lot of power but is just way too inconsistent, the longer the rallies go on, the easier it is for David.

I have been working on it for the last 2 hours. Hopefully my hubby will be able to fix it when he comes back from work. At least in time for David's next match. Pretty sure there will be one this time.

For now I'm just looking at the scoreboard. :retard:

Congrats David - and I absolutely  the "midget Rochus" he even made it onto my all-time "Hate" list on GM - so you damn-well better win David ;) As for the BBC - when I was at the Rotterdam tournament last year, I drove everyone mad having to be back in my Hotel room for "Neighbours" every evening at 6.30pm! But it is bedtime here now - so goodnight all :wavey:
