I still love Katharine, I think she's versatile and more importantly is marketable. She revealed a glimpse that she has a great range so I'd love to hear her do something that shows her falsetto a little more and stuff.

I am sooo nervous about tonight. :scared: Nigel (the producer of AI) was on some morning show on Wednesday and said he was shocked by one of the girls who was going home. This morning he was on Ryan Seacrest's radio show and said he was "completely shocked" by one of the boys who got voted off.

The reason I'm so nervous is cuz everyone I know either loved Ace last night or hated him. Me? I loved him. I know I know... It's just cuz he's pretty Mary. No guys it's really not. I am a huge Michael Jackson fan (well not so much anymore cuz he hasn't even done anything musically since 2001) but my fave MJ songs are "Billie Jean" and "Butterflies." So I found spoilers last night at like 6pm with what everyone was singing and I was debating opening or not and Krista was like "JUST DO IT" so I opened it and saw what Ace was singing and just screamed. Cuz hi, on top of all that it was my birthday wtf! So I'm freaking out and like ran out of my room like spazzing :lol: and Krista looks at the computer and is yelling at me like "YOU EMAILED HIM AND TOLD HIM ITS YOUR BIRTHDAY! YOU HAVE TO HAVE EMAILED HIM WTF WHO KNOWS THAT SONG YOU HAD TO HAVE EMAILED HIM!!! YOU OR ASHLEY HAD TO HAVE TOLD HIM TO DO IT!!! AHH!!" And clearly how the fuck would I email him :lol: so then after the initial shock of him doing one of my fave MJ songs off the MJ album that no one owns, and of the people that own it everyone but me and Ashley hates it, wore off I was scared shitless. Why? Cuz that is a hard ass song to sing. Then he sang it and it sounded better than MJ did doing it. And he is amazing. Kevin has grown on me.

My favorite part of the show is watching someone contestant who Simon thinks is horrible remains in the competition while contestants he likes are eliminated. I think I am not alone on this view.

I think Kevin will stick around for a few more weeks due to his unique fan base while some more generic contestants are eliminated.

I was totally shocked though by Lisa being in the bottom 3 - she's one of the most talented ones out there.

Kevin has a big fan base and that's good for him, however this is not the type of fan base that buys records and pay money to go to his concerts - they just want to have fun with AI. This is not "kind" to Kevin and won't do any good.

That's a big mistake, we don't get the idol show in the UK anymore as in the last show the public vote for a girl who was lovely but had no chance of a pop career. She was dropped from the record company in less the 6 moths.

The public should vote for those who they believe they have a good recording career and would support them even after the show ends. If things go wrong the producers might just cancel the show altogether and we don't want that to happen.

But the show is so popular here with enormous ratings, and the records do sell (even those that lose like Bo Bice last year) - well at least so far - so I think it would be awhile before it got cancelled - at least I hope.

I think in the end, the people will vote right. Personally I think Chris, Kellie, Mandisa and Katherine are all contenders to take it all.

Eventually Kevin will get booted like he deserves.

I think he's adorable, like a cute little boy that you just want to pinch his cheeks. I think he's a HUGE underdog. I always root for the underdog, unless it's a Federer match. And lastly, I feel sorry for him. I mean, I picture him kind of nerdy and teased. Being kind of nerdy myself, and teased, this is my chance to live vicariously through another nerd to achieve stardom! Gooooo KEVIN!!!! Achieve the Ultimate Revenge of the Nerds!!!!

I saw Simon on the Larry King Live show on CNN last night.

He thought the three finalists would be Kellie, Chris and Taylor. Agreed with the first two, but was surprised by Taylor. I like Taylor, but I wouldn't put him on a list to make it to the final 3.

So Katharine is not in Simon's plans? I thought he really liked her.
