I just don't believe this.
Is it physically impossible for him to go several matches without hurting himself now?
I am beginning to think that all these wildcards bestowed upon him
are lost opportunities for other young talents.

Yes, just see the sequence of WC he took last year. Most of them wasted in first rounds... This WC in Auckland could be given to Guga... It's horrible to see a WC lost without playing.
If Flip were faster to withdraw, maybe a local player could enter in his place :rolleyes:

They shouldnt even be wasting WCs on players with the form that he's in, let alone someone who is always injured and may not play!
He just takes it for granted that he'll get handouts to every tournament now, and doesnt even bother to enter WC playoffs and earn it.
