7-5 6-3 over Mariano Puerta

Guga saved set points at 2-5 and 4-5 down in the first set.

Best of luck to him, I do want to see him play on clay as close to his best as he can, given his physical condition, get. I wouldn't mind seeing him play Federer, Gasquet, or Nadal, either. :boxing:

Exhibition or not, he's suffered through such adversity that at this point in his career any victory is better than none.

It's rather unfortunate that he's been rendered helpless as of late, it would only be appropriate for the true King Of Clay to be dethroned, instead it was more of a forced resignation; due to injury.
