For a live ticker, see the tournament site at:

Click on third tab, Draws and Results.
The frame on the left hand side should update, and give you a list including Live-Ticker. Click on this, and you'll get a separate window.

The commentary is in German, but the scores are there at the top, and you can refresh by clicking on "aktualisieren".

Starting Tuesday there is live internet coverage on http://www.tw1.at

Austrians are so good at providing free internet coverage of their tennis tournaments :) ; I watched several days of Kitzbuehel this summer this way, which I would never have got to see here in the UK.

The tournament site for Lyon is http://www.occade.com/pagesasp/tennis.asp, but it doesn't appear to have any live update facility. :( In fact, I can't even see who won the qualifiers this morning.... I think the main matches were only due to start at 14:30 French time, so must have only just got started.

You could try: http://www.livescore.com/tennis.dll?page=home , but sometimes that's a bit slow. Also the ATP site gives updated scores, not the quickest either.

For tournaments in Europe, eurosport.com (the TV channel) sometimes follows matches with live commentary.
