This week sees a double dose of great action for hardcore tennis fans! First up is the Davis Cup Final between Croatia and Slovakia in Bratislava. Goran Ivanisevic, the 2001 Wimbledon Champion, comes out of retirement to play in this final!!!!!!!!! Over notable players are Ljubicic, Ancic and Karlovic for Croatia, and Hrbaty, Beck, Mertinak and Kucera for Slovakia. Meanwhile, at the Albert Hall in London, the mens Senior Tour comes to a climax in the Year End Championship. Jim Courier will defend his title, with Thomas Muster, Cedric Pioline, Sergi Bruguera, Pat Cash, Jeremy Bates and John Mcenroe all in action. (Although Mcenroe has yet to fly in to London from New York- a doubt to play with flu).
